You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be presented during the purchase process.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer the platform.
  • Interfere with platform security.
  • Abuse AI functionality.
  • Disrupt service availability.
  • Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data uploaded to LeanProfit AI.

You grant LeanProfit AI a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the services requested by you.

7. Intellectual Property

LeanProfit AI and its associated software, branding, documentation, designs, reports, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of LeanProfit AI or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. AI Features

LeanProfit AI provides AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and business insights.

These outputs are generated automatically and should be reviewed before making business decisions.

LeanProfit AI does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content for every situation.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, security improvements, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Fail to pay subscription fees.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Threaten platform security.

Users may discontinue use of the service at any time, subject to applicable subscription terms.

11. Disclaimer

LeanProfit AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeanProfit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeanProfit AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be communicated through the website or application. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
